Good to know

A few things before you come home.

Make yourself comfortable. Here are the practical details for a thoughtful visit.

01

What is Going Home?

A rescued-cat interaction centre in Chinatown, Singapore. You can spend quiet time, read and get to know rescued cats. Some cats may also be ready for adoption.

02

Can I feed the cats?

Please do not feed the cats. Follow our team’s guidance and allow each cat to choose how they interact.

03

Can I extend my visit?

Ask the team during your visit. Additional time during your visit is arranged on-site, subject to the current per-person extension price and available space. You may also pre-book a 30, 60, 90 or 120-minute visit. Extensions cannot cross the 3:30–4:30 pm break or closing time.

04

What if I am late or cannot attend?

Your original visit end time stays the same if you are late. Customer cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Please contact the team about exceptional circumstances.

05

Can I arrange a group visit?

Yes, please email or enquire about your group. Staff will discuss arrangements and reserve the appropriate time. Public group checkout is not available.

06

Will every cat be there?

Cat availability changes with their needs and circumstances. A profile does not guarantee that a particular cat will be present during your visit.

07

Can children visit?

See Age requirements & concessions below for visitor ages, supervision and proof requirements.

A welcome for every generation

Age requirements & concessions

Children & young visitors

All visitors must be 6+. Ages 6–12 need a paying adult aged 18+ in the same booking, for the same session and full duration. Their eligible child concession is automatic; no student proof is required.

Visitors aged 13–17 may book themselves and attend without an adult.

Student & senior tickets

Student-ticket visitors aged 13+ must bring student proof, even with an adult. Seniors 60+: bring any government-issued document showing age.

If required proof is missing, pay the standard-ticket difference before entry. Do not upload identity documents.

Concessions apply on eligible weekdays, excluding public holidays, for visits of at least 60 minutes ending by 18:00. The first 60 minutes cost S$15.00, plus S$8.00 for each additional 30 minutes. Otherwise standard prices apply. No GST charged.
